Refund policy

Right to cancel the contract
You have 14 days to cancel the contract without giving any reason. The period runs from the day on which you, or a person indicated by you, receive the parcel. It is sufficient to send us a cancellation statement before the deadline: by e-mail to hello@togethergames.eu or using the form below (use of the form is not mandatory). Please include the order number in your message, as this is sufficient proof of purchase.

How to return the game
Return the game within 14 days of sending us your cancellation statement, to the following address:

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. We do not accept cash-on-delivery parcels. You are liable for any reduction in the value of the game if you have used it beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics.

Refund
We arrange the refund within 24 hours of receiving the returned game, using the payment method used for the purchase (another method only with your explicit consent). The time it takes for the funds to be credited to your account depends on the bank or payment provider. We refund the full price of the game and the cost of delivery to you (up to the cheapest delivery option we offered). In all cases, the refund will be made no later than 14 days after receiving your statement, although we may withhold it until we receive the game or proof that it has been returned.

Complaints
If the game arrives damaged, incomplete, or the parcel contains the wrong product, please write to hello@togethergames.eu and attach a photo. We are responsible for the conformity of goods with the contract for 2 years from delivery, in accordance with the Polish Consumer Rights Act. We will respond to your complaint within 14 days, and we will cover the cost of returning a defective product.

Orders from Allegro
This policy applies to purchases made in the togethergames.eu shop. Returns of orders placed on Allegro are handled according to the rules stated in the Allegro listing.
